By accessing and using the CamCalory application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
CamCalory is not a medical device. The calorie analysis, macro-nutrient breakdowns, and health scores provided by the App are estimates generated by Artificial Intelligence. They should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary requirements.
CamCalory offers free usage with daily limitations, as well as premium tier subscriptions (Pro and Pro+) that unlock higher limitations and remove advertisements. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
You agree not to use the App to upload or process images that are explicit, illegal, or violate the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to abuse the scanning limitations of the system.
In no event shall CamCalory, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
